Tickets are now on sale for the Appleby College Parents’ Association (ACPA) Christmas House Tour, taking place on Saturday, December 6 from 9:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m.
Since 1992, this biennial event has become a treasured tradition. Stunning homes across Oakville’s elite neighbourhoods will be decorated in grand holiday style, complete with musicians serenading guests at the door, treats to sate a sweet tooth, and surprise giveaways.
The area’s top designers, decorators and florists have been busy decorating each home in unexpected, dramatic ways—guests will be inspired to recreate these creative touches into their own holiday decor.
Appleby College’s campus will be open to visitors that day, allowing guests to tour the charmingly decorated John Bell Chapel, circa 1929, and the school’s Schlesinger Dining Hall will house a tea room, bake sale and craft/artisan sale.
Tickets are $40 and include complimentary refreshments and admittance to the vendors’ marketplace at Appleby College. These tickets are available at various retail outlets in Oakville, La Felicita Bakery and Spa in the Village in Mississauga, Or visit www.appleby.on.ca for online ticket orders.
A limited number of VIP tickets for Friday, December 5 are also available for $100, which includes a pre-tour of the estates impressively lit up for the evening, a post-tour cocktail reception and a silent auction at Appleby College.
